Our team consists of specialised therapists who visit your offices to provide 1-1 assisted stretch therapy for your team. Assisted stretch therapy requires just you and a Pilates mat. The therapist stretches out the client whilst they relax on their back, side and front. We make our routines bespoke to the client and their body. Stretching is crucial to our bodies well-being. It helps with aches, pains and stiffness, so is therefore a great thing to provide to staff who spend a lot of their day at their desks. It helps to relieve tension and stress which can also be as a result of work. Furthermore, stretching releases endorphins and relieves grog, therefore results in higher productivity. It is the perfect thing to add to your wellness scheme. The sessions are 30 minutes long, the client is in and out, and can get straight back on with their day with a fresher perspective.
