Westryv Performance

Founded in 2019 by a team of sports coaches with the aim to reduce barriers for athletes, smaller clubs and events to access bespoke kit by removing high MOQ, logistics and overheads. We help with promotion of charity events, sourcing funding to reduce costs such as coaching fees, site hire and clothing printing/embroidery. Now based in Ormskirk, we continue our aim to provide free coaching in the West Lancs area by the end of 2020 including couch to 5k programmes, nutrition seminars, mental health support within the fitness environment, hosting community focused environmental events and goal specific coaching towards bucket list events. Our Private studio now provides Antinatal and postnatal support including fitness, nutrition and mental health opportunities. We continue to offer 1-2-1 (or small group) personal training & coaching, strength & conditioning, fitness & sport programs alongside our onsite fitness classes and Free run sessions
