In 2008 we established the Rosahl Business Unit to promote electric micro-dehumidifiers using a novel ionic membrane technology developed by the Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. We were appointed sole worldwide distributor for the products in 2011. We are responsible for sales and technical support of the product range. Rosahl is a revolutionary electric micro-dehumidifier for enclosures from one litre to four cubic metres. The solid state membrane removes water vapour by electrolysis, without involving liquid water. They protect a wide range of sensitive products from moisture damage. This includes electronics, electro-optics, MSDs, cameras, artifacts and more. The compact membranes are suitable for enclosures from one litre up to four cubic metres. Using solid polyme electrolytic membranes (SPE) dehumidifiers offers many advantages. They provide long-term, low-energy and maintenance free, humidity control. They are silent, vibration free and suitable for use in remote locations and hard to service equipment. Westside International has sold and supported Rosahl since becoming sole distributor in 2011.
