Westside Management Group offers a variety of services to make your renting and leasing experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We do this in two main ways: caring for your property and caring for your tenants. Our property managers handle any maintenance issues that come up. If your properties are damaged or aren’t functioning optimally, that will lead to more damage down the road. As soon as issues arise, we contact the appropriate teams to get things in working order as soon as possible. If your tenants are happy, then all is well. Westside Management Group provides convenient service to make your tenants’ renting experience enjoyable and easy. Any time they have a concern, they can come to us, and we get it taken care of. They can also pay rent directly to us so that you don’t have to be responsible for making those collections. You will receive online monthly reports, electronically deposited owner draws, and all the invoices related to your property. Our property manager will establish a separate checking account for your property from which all bills will be paid. We keep your files and finances extremely organized so you can have access to your information at a moment’s notice. One of the things we pride ourselves on is our superior customer care.
