Westside Property Management Inc. is a family-owned and operated full-service property management company headquartered in Santa Monica, CA. In addition we operate a Satellite office out of Calabasas, CA which services the West Valley area properties we manage. We are fully insured, and licensed in the State of California by the Bureau of Real Estate. We have over thirty years of residential and commercial real estate experience in the greater Los Angeles area as well as parts of the San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley. No matter how many units we manage we strive to always maintain the hands-on, personal touch approach to each and every property we manage as if they were our own. Our mission is simple: to protect our client’s assets by providing proactive, hands-on property management services. To this end, we implement sophisticated management techniques to keep our owner’s expenses low and their rental income high.
