WestView Capital Partners is a Boston-based private equity firm focused exclusively on lower middle market companies. We currently manage approximately $2.7 billion and commit $20 to $100 million of equity to companies in a variety of recapitalization, growth, buyout and consolidation transactions. We build supportive relationships with management teams and tailor investment structures to accommodate the needs of all shareholders, enabling us to act as either a minority or majority investor.
