WGM Consulting is an Engineering and Project Management consultancy firm which provides optimal solutions to our clients. WGM has the resources to manage small and large scale projects and are able to provide a specific service, or co-ordinate and manage multi-discipline project teams, to successfully deliver our client’s vision. We manage the entire life-cycle of a project, from conception and planning, through design and construction to final handover. Our team has developed high level skills through the design, delivery and implementation of a wide range of urban development, roadworks, water, sewer and other infrastructure projects. Our team also has extensive field experience in managing and supervising the construction of our projects and accordingly we have developed an intimate understanding of the key issues faced during the construction process. This practical field experience provides us with a greater understanding of sound engineering design and ensures we deliver practical and innovative solutions that address the design requirement and can be practically constructed in the field.
