Manage the situation in real time, effectively summoning help, and ensuring that help is fully briefed and arrives where it is most needed quickly. Reduce retail related theft by providing staff with the skills and options that will allow them to quickly identify theft and safely challenge offenders. This will allow for the safe recovery of items and for subsequent reduction in monetary loss.
