What Equality Looks Like

MISSION This is a podcast about redefining equality using an intersectional feminist lens. Through conversations with feminist and progressive leaders, we will examine the barriers faced by women of all identities in their societies, workplaces, and homes, as well as opportunities to make lasting change. VISION In the women’s movement of the 21st Century, the lived experiences of women who have been historically marginalized must be at the center of our work—their voices included, and their leadership recognized and supported—to further our collective struggle for real equality for all women. VALUES Women, in all their diversity, are entitled to equal rights under law and equal access to social, economic, and political power.
