What Mattrs

What MattRs provides expert consultation and education on 'what mattRs' in life (health, relationships, happiness). Content can be developed according to your learning needs and certified courses such as Mental Health First Aid (Mental Health Commission of Canada) and Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR) are available as well. Matthew Rico is an mental health nurse, educator, and psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience. He has personally delivered educational content to more than people across Canada in over 700 classes/courses/presentations.
