What The Fork is a new online ordering platform on a mission to give business owners back control of their business with our fair pricing strategy and exceptional customer service. What The Fork is a family business with a family ethos. We are currently working with small and large restaurants, takeaways and cafes by building them their very own app that is available on the app store, as well as being placed within our What The Fork ordering platform. The businesses we work with have full access to their customer base, marketing tools, menus and opening hours, we are simply here to help them reach their full potential. Starting with 3 minds and a fish supper we have developed our company into a forward thinking app company who have developed applications and solutions for businesses in the takeaway industry and saved them thousands of pounds. We challenge the dominance of other well known ordering platforms, such as Just Eat or Deliveroo, with our fair commissions. We offer our business owners; sales advice, marketing support, a strong and effective ordering platform and an excellent customer service helpline that operates outside of office hours, all for a very small fee. Unlike our competitors, we don't simply set up businesses on our app, say 'good luck' and never speak to them again, we support them until they grow into large successful enterprises.#DontJustEatEnjoy! Along with our fair commissions, we work with a charity very close to our hearts called The Cookie Jar Foundation. With our donations the charity are able to support our local community here in Dunfermline.
