What To Expect Care

What to Expect Care is a virtual maternal health company delivering specialized mental health, substance use, and pregnancy-related care to women during pregnancy and postpartum — when access, trust, and timely support matter most. Built in collaboration with Heidi Murkoff, creator of What to Expect When You’re Expecting, we bridge the gap between routine OB visits by providing clinically integrated care through licensed medical and behavioral health providers (Psychiatrists, Therapists, OBGYNs). Our model is designed to support women who are often overlooked by traditional systems — including those experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), substance use concerns, and complex psychosocial stressors — while coordinating closely with OBs, hospitals, and community partners.
