Whisky + Architecture (W+A) is an organisation founded on a passion for architecture, and the strong desire to create a community where like-minded individuals, in the industry and beyond, can come together under a common bond – whisk(e)y. Established in Washington, D.C. in December, 2014 by a close knit group of friends and colleagues, we here at W+A strive to engage everyone through merchandise, education and networking. Proceeds from our events go towards The Whisky + Architecture Movement, which works to provide scholarships for architecture students. Since its inception, W+A has expanded to Chicago, Il and NY, NY, further promoting the movement. We adhere to a simple philosophy: architecture and whisk(e)y should be for everyone. Whether your palate is as fresh as the first day of spring, or you’re a seasoned whisk(e)y aficionado; whether you’re merely a fan of stunning architecture or on the verge of becoming the next Rem Koohlaas.
