Whistle Up

Whistle UP is the platform through which whistleblowers can report internally violations of legal provisions they notice in the context of their professional activity, and through which private or public law organizations can analyze and resolve such reports. Whistle UP is fully compliant with the security and confidentiality requirements of the whistleblowing legislation. Whistle UP’s development team is made up of Costin Teodorovici and Claudiu Damian, two lawyers with a combined experience of over 27 years in top business law firms in Romania. Given our background, Whistle UP has been designed to fully meet the standards of the whistleblowing legislation. In developing the platform, we focused particularly on respecting the whistleblowers' rights and on the organizations’ need for a technical solution that is easy to manage while reducing the risk to receive sanctions from the competent authorities.
