White Glove’s mission and goal for its Early Intervention Program is to provide competent and proficient staff that can identify and evaluate as early as possible those infants and toddlers whose healthy development is compromised and provide appropriate intervention to improve child and family development through family centered, community based, and coordinated services, that produce measurable, meaningful, and memorable results and outcomes. White Glove’s best practices of early intervention is to lessen the effects of the disability or delay, help families learn the best ways to care for their child, support and promote their child's 5 developmental areas including physical development, cognitive development, communication, social or emotional development, and adaptive development in their child, in family and community life.
