White Tundra Construction is a family owned and operated, licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor and Builder in the State of Arizona. We specialize in energy efficient new build, custom homes, home renovations, and home additions. We also do light commercial construction including tenant improvements. We are certified by the Building Performance Institute to build innovative, energy efficient projects that cost less to own and operate due to lower energy bills. As a result, our projects are more comfortable to live and work in. We work with all types of sizes and budgets. We are a one stop shop. We are with you through the pre-construction services including design, value engineering, and the permitting process. We continue our services all the way through the move in, occupancy, and warranty periods. White Tundra Construction is a small Company and that is just the way we like it. Clients work closely with the owner throughout all phases of the project. We are honest and hard working. Cutting corners is not in our vocabulary. We build it the right way the first time.
