White Wizard Consulting is a specialist consultancy dedicated to Papyrus Software (former Isis Papyrus) and enterprise document solutions across banking, insurance and high-volume print and communication environments. We help organisations get the most out of Papyrus for inbound and outbound communication, document design, workflows and system integration. Founded in 2017 and based in the UK, we are a family-run team of Papyrus experts with a simple guiding principle: “Everything is possible.” Our deep hands-on experience with Papyrus and its object-oriented architecture allows us to design, implement and optimise tailored solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort and improve the quality and consistency of customer communications. Alongside consulting and project delivery, White Wizard Consulting is evolving its work in Intelligent Document Processing into an open-source–driven approach focused on inbound and outbound document handling and workflow orchestration, supported by specialised AI agents where they add real value. All components are being designed so they can be deployed on consumer-grade hardware or minimal cloud infrastructure, making advanced document automation accessible for smaller businesses and enabling secure self-hosted solutions for organisations with strict data and compliance requirements.
