Whitehat is led by Ryan O’Donnell, a serial entrepreneur who has driven organizations from start-up through rapid growth and maturity. Ryan spent the majority of his professional career as the CEO of BullEx, which grew from start-up to the world’s largest manufacturer of fire training facilities and equipment in 7 years. After selling to a strategic acquirer, Ryan saw the opportunity to step back from leading BullEx's day to day operations to spend more time working with entrepreneurs, high-growth and high-potential companies. Ryan has since boiled down the processes and tools he developed to yield a decade of double and triple digit growth into the programs and engagements he now delivers for Whitehat’s clients.
