We provide Life Skills, Leadership and Team Building programs for teams, businesses and corporate groups through hands-on, practical learning with horses as the teachers. Our programs provide participants with the opportunity to develop authentic leadership, communication and other core development skills by interacting and responding to the feedback of their horse coaches. Participants engage in objectively driven exercises learning valuable life skills in a safe and exciting atmosphere while interacting with horses on the ground - no riding. Exercises are developed to encourage a range of skills such as confidence, self-esteem, accountability and problem solving. All workshops are based on the research driven Building Block program, with specific outcomes which can be tailored to the needs of the organisation or team.
