Whitetail Advisors is a “virtual firm” of consulting professionals available to larger firms on a subcontract basis. Our Affiliates prefer to work with larger firms on an as-needed basis rather than as employees or partners. Initially launched with a focus on Aviation and Aerospace, we have grown to address needs in a number of sectors, including- Manufacturing and automotive - Transportation and logistics - Energy / Oil and Gas / Chemicals - Healthcare and Life Sciences … and continue to support Aviation and Aerospace Our talent pools cover a broad range of capabilities that often are not industry-specific, including- Operations excellence / Lean Six Sigma - Commercial growth and pricing strategy - Strategy development - Financial analysis - Supply Chain, procurement and sourcing We work directly with Partners at larger firms to bring in-depth expertise and consulting know-how to projects and pursuit efforts. This working relationship allows Partners at our client firms to deliver more impactful results at superior economics and allows our Affiliates to work in a variety of firm environments.
