We also design and deliver systemic interventions that help our clients illuminate and navigate their critical business challenges, and realize their best future possibilities. This includes work in 3 main areas: Systemic Team and 1-1 Leadership Coaching Systemic Leadership capacity-building programmes Purpose-led whole systems transformation Our ‘whole self, whole system’ approach to leadership integrates Systemic Coaching and Constellations work, generative dialogue, Otto Scharmer’s Theory U and mindfulness, as well as recent business school and scientific research.
