Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching to thrive in life and work Whole Life Balance has grown out of my professional and personal experiences. This includes 25+ years’ coaching and mentoring front-facing teams in the workplace. I have worked as a transformational coach for five years, empowering others to find direction and balance in their lives. My experiences with mental health and coaching have inspired me to help more of us recognise when we have mental health struggles and need support. First Aid for Mental Health First Aid for Mental Health is as vital in saving someone’s life as physical first aid. I give training to help: Build confidence to start conversations about mental health. Reduce the stigma around mental health. Create a stress-free, happy workplace. Spot someone needing help, and signpost them to support. I provide Ofqual-regulated courses in: Level 1 in Awareness of Mental Health Level 2 in First Aid for Mental Health Level 3 in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health For: Organisations that want to look after the wellbeing of their employees. Individuals who work with clients on a 1-to-1 basis. Anyone who wants to be able to help friends, family, and others.
