When building the business, I recognized the importance of setting goals, with Success at the top of the list. Success means many things to many people. After considering what success meant to me, I defined it as follows: S- See the future as an opportunity to achieve happiness U- Understand that the past was the greatest teacher of all C- Care for yourself, witout losing site of the needs of others C- Cope with life's sorrows and its pleasures, while keeping both in perspective E- Experience and enjoy everything but not to excess S- Set Goals but don't measure your worth by those goals S- SMILE, the world loves a winner I learned to smile, I learn to take care of myself but found out how important it is to take care of others. When you care for others, the rewards are bountiful. I wish there had been a "F" in the word, so I could have added "Forgive yourself and be the first to forgive everyone else. With these principles, a business succeeds financially, employees bond and the workplace is harmonic. What more could any company want?
