Whomade Design Studio

WHOMADE is a network of creative professionals, working in the design and communication area, who are sharing a common passion and approach towards an ethical way to design that is applied to the peculiar expertise and savoir-faire of the craftspeople. WHOMADE collaborates internationally with the different branches of craftsmanship and implements ways for development, through collaborative workshops, stimulating a continuous dialogue between artisans and designers, for a creative process able to innovate materials and production techniques, expressive forms and products, working on the identity and the immaterial heritage of people, places and manufacturing cultures. WHOMADE is founded as creative lab in 2007 by Edoardo Perri, designer, and Dario Riva, art-director, and by the union of their professional and entrepreneurial experiences in the design field and in the new creative industries.
