Why Knot Ladies is a dynamic community empowering women through sailing, sports, and personal growth. Founded to support women in competitive sailing and leadership, we offer training sessions, regattas, offshore adventures, and unique ladies-only events in the Adriatic and across Europe. Our mission is to break barriers, promote inclusion, and help women discover their courage, independence, and teamwork both on and off the water. We actively participate in regattas and international projects such as Erasmus+ Sailwise, building strong partnerships for new opportunities and growth.
