Instead of feeling flat, exhausted, and externally determined, I am full of energy and feel like myself again. The "How?" By combining AI-based automations and science-based storytelling, we create personalized and comprehensive analytics for our clients about what drives them ("yourdrive stories"). No two stories are alike, as the basis of these stories is formed by personality tests that are completed beforehand. Drives of organizations & companies The main part of our work takes place in organizations. Using our "yourdrive stories" we are able to support in the composition of matching teams, to give our clients an edge in hiring procedures (e.g, for leadership roles), to discover conflict potentials and to accompany cultural changes.
