Das Women in Business (WIB) Programm ist ein von Studentinnen geleitetes Projekt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Netzwerk LMU Management Alumni. Unter dem Motto „Empower & Connect“ bringt es talentierte, motivierte Studentinnen aller Fachrichtungen der LMU München durch Skill-Workshops, Vorträge und Kamingespräche mit Unternehmen und inspirierenden weiblichen Persönlichkeiten in Kontakt. So fördert das Programm sowohl die persönliche Weiterentwicklung als auch die Vernetzung seiner über 500 Mitglieder bereits zu einem frühen Zeitpunkt in deren beruflicher Laufbahn.
