Warranty and Indemnity insurance is often purchased with certain Contingent Risk insurance products which address known risks. This is where we excel and where we have a long history of dealing with complex deals in compressed timelines. Outside of deals there is a world of General Insurance that we believe can be better understood and improved using the principles applied on M&A deals. Using the Wiispa Risk Wrapper, we view the three layers of insurance: warranty and indemnity insurance, contingent risk insurance and General Insurance relative to the business as a whole.
