Wikimedia Ukraine

Wikimedia Ukraine is a regional chapter of Wikimedia Foundation in Ukraine, created in 2009. Organisation is popularizing and supporting development of Wikimedia wiki-based projects which permit the editing of content by all authorized users, such as Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikinews, Wikibooks, Wikisource, Wikiversity, Wikispecies, Wikimedia Commons and others, — especially Ukrainian language-projects, but also in languages of ethnic groups other than Ukrainian which traditionally constitute part of the population of Ukraine. Imagine a world in which every single human being can freely share in the sum of all knowledge. That’s our commitment.
