Wilcon is a general contractor with a primary focus to serve public and private clients in the Miami Valley region. Our company is founded on the core principles of building lasting partnerships with our clients & vendors, deliver quality construction projects, and strive for continuous improvement. We self-perform about 45% of our work, varying from site work through electrical work. Together with our in-house casework and cabinetry shop, we have built our core capabilities around high-quality custom carpentry. Wilcon was established in 1976 as a commercial contractor serving the Dayton market. From the early years, Wilcon has been considered a reputable construction company, serving many established businesses in the Dayton region in a broad range of industries. Our main focus has always been on our clients and finding innovative ways to exceed their expectations. To accommodate tight schedules and budgets we have been one of the early adopters of the design-build philosophy back in the 1980s. Our efforts paid off and resulted in many clients that are still utilizing our services. After being in operation for over 40 years Wilcon was purchased by Winsupply Inc. in 2016, which paved the way for new leadership and secured the future of the company. Following the transition, Wilcon has remained loyal to its initial principles to deliver high-quality commercial construction projects and has been able to retain the majority of its key personnel throughout the years.
