Wild Breath

Wild Breath’s mission is to protect quiet and wild spaces, starting with the most inherent one - the space within. I believe that to change the world, we simply need to come home. I believe that the tools to come home rest in nature, meditation and reflection. My workshops create space for the quiet and wild to be seen and heard. I also sell products and service offerings that allow you to experience and/or protect the wilderness, including tree + plant essences and virtual workshops. My personal mission is to empower humans to remember their enough-ness through feeling seen + heard for who they really are.
