Wild Medic Ltd

The concept of Wild Medic is that it is a small company that is run by Dr Rob Conway and it is the umbrella for a number of expeditions and some medical work. The sorts of things that Wild Medic has done in the past is run expeditions that involve diving, climbing, adventure racing, kayaking and arctic exploration around the globe as both an expedition leader and medic. It has helped with logistics, casualty evacuation plans and risk assessments for expeditions. To give you and idea, it set up the initial medical support Blue Ventures conservation and is running the Extreme South expedition to Antarctica. Rob has talked at the Royal Geographical Society, the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and at numerous university and school events. It has taught on courses run by Expedition Medicine and has designed introductory medical courses for expedition groups.
