Your mountain lies deep within you and it can be difficult to navigate the urban wilderness that is life, to find it. Wilderdance will give you all the tools you need to navigate that wilderness. So often in life we are moving our bodies and minds to the beat of someone else's drum. Using music to express YOUR story, Wilderdance allows you to move to the beat of your own drum. The dance and creative process is for EVERYBODY. The Adventurous. The Anxious. The Shy. The Curious. And although loosely guided, your Wilderdance is very much YOUR experience. Mountain is sought, not taught. No fancy dance skills required, just bring the feels and the desire.
