WET is an experiential training business that specialises in enhancing Group Cohesion, Cultural Change and individual resilience. Delivering outdoor adventure experiences as the catalyst for positive change, our focus is to provide a safe and trusting environment conducive to embracing our clients desired goals. All programs are tailored to satisfy the learning outcomes. WET is also passionate about mental health and wellness and has designed two programs, The Campfire Boardroom and the R.O.P.E.(Rite of Passage Experience), that focus upon adults and children accordingly.
