Wildgood's founder, Sotiris Tsichlopoulos, spent 8 years developing Wildgood's recipe with hand-pressed extra virgin olive oil from his family’s olive groves in Greece. Wildgood uses nature’s good fat to capture the rich, creamy texture of premium ice cream without dairy or alternative milks.
