Wildhorn Properties Ltd (WP), is a London based boutique investment and development company focusing on residential real estate in the UK. Our activities are split into three primary areas; Co-Equity Investments WP invests in residential schemes alongside developers that meet our risk/return criteria. We work with our clients for the long term and aim to do repeat business. Mezzanine Loans WP lends to UK developers looking to increase their LTVs, or free up equity prior completion of a development. We can invest at any stage of the build cycle, although typically do not take planning risk. Option and Plan Funding / Own Developments WP can take strategic planning risk if and when the scheme matches our internal criteria. WP also on occasion initiate our own development schemes.
