China Minerals Mining Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Its geographic segments include Canada and China. Its property is the Cassiar Gold Project comprising the Table Mountain Property and Taurus Property. The Cassiar Gold Project is located in northern British Columbia, covering an area of approximately 58, 900 hectares. The Table Mountain Property is located in south of highway 37 within the southern portions of the Cassiar Gold Project and contains the Main, Bain, Cusac and Vollaug mines. The Taurus Property contains the Taurus Gold Deposit and is located in north of highway 37 within the northern portions of the Cassiar Gold Project. The Taurus Deposit is located approximately eight kilometers from its milling facility. The Table Mountain Property contains various areas hosting National Instrument (NI) 43-101 compliant resources.
