Wilkinson Maintenance Ltd is a North East company specialising in the reactive maintenance and refurbishment of commercial properties, operating a 24 hour call out service. Originally established in 1970, Wilkinson Builders became Wilkinson Maintenance Ltd in 2001 following a buyout by Stuart and Sue Anderson in 1991. Over time, it has developed into a company specialising in the maintenance and refurbishment of commercial units, including licensed, retail and social housing properties Working in partnership with its network of contractors, Wilkinson Maintenance offers its clients comprehensive support from the Scottish Borders to the M25. In line with growing public consciousness regarding green issues, Wilkinson Maintenance recognises its responsibility to minimise the impact its activities have upon the environment. It therefore has an Environmental Policy which underlines its commitment to this and to implementing new measures to meet and, where possible, exceed legislative requirements.
