Will Consult You Yorkshire is part of the Will Consult You Group. Established in 2013 to provide advice on estate planning in a relaxed and ethical manner for families nationwide. Our philosophy is 'Planning to Protect'. It is very common for people to put this job as high priority on their To-Do list, but then this gets forgotten about, or put off as our busy lives get in the way. By visiting clients in the comfort of their own home it can feel easier for them to discuss what is important to them about later life planning for their families. Their is no hourly rate and all legal documents are at a fixed price from the outset so that the client knows exactly what the cost will be with no unexpected surprises when the work is complete. Integral to Estate Planning we cover Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Funeral Planning, Probate and Inheritance Tax Planning. In these times we are also offering appointments by Zoom, Skype, Face-Time, Telephone, Whats App whichever is the Clients preference. Many clients like their children, and/or Financial Adviser to be present at their meeting, sometimes requiring an evening or weekend appointments which we will always look to accommodate. We also provide regular updates to the advisers we work with so that they are included throughout the whole process with their clients from start to finish.
