Stress negatively impacts on businesses in a variety of ways, including absenteeism, presenteeism and causing high levels of staff turnover. It reduces productivity and efficiency and impacts on team dynamics and interactions. Ultimately, stress costs businesses time, money and staff morale. Causes of stress can be work related but also relate to someone's personal life. The impact is felt everywhere. I run webinars and workshops to educate employees on stress, helping the understand what is causing their stress, how to recognise it in themselves and others and on self-care. I also offer confidential 1-2-1 sessions, usually online, to support individual members of staff who need more focussed attention.
