Williamson Care is a new children's home seeking to raise the standard of children's care in the North West of the UK. We have successfully achieved planning permission for a 4 bed residential home near Oxton village in Birkenhead. Our Ofsted application has been validated and we are awaiting our inspection. In the meantime, we are actively recruiting staff to launch officially in Q2 2024. We believe in 'hands on' leadership, uniting our team behind a shared purpose and being transparent and unapologetic in our pursuit of excellence. With a core focus on the experience of the children in our care, we seek to create a homely environment, high quality relationships between the children and our staff team whilst being unwavering in our commitment to support children to believe they can succeed (no matter their starting point).
