Willmary Development ltd. is a family owned and run business. In its formative years the company owned and rented houses. As the company owned land along the Thika Road and a decision was made to venture into Development, and as a result the successful Willmary Estate at Garden City was built and completed. Whilst the company remains primarily a Development Company it also ventures into Contract works for clients. We are proud to say that we have a strong management team employed who are tasked to deliver our projects. We have an extensive range of Equipment, ranging from a Volumetric Cement Mixer with a capability of up to 40 CM per hour, Fiori Self loading Car mixer, MAN truck with articulating hoist,2 bobcats and their attachments, a light canter,Manitou Telehandler JCB Back hoe,Medium canter. Stationery mixers, power trowels, ride on and walk behind, and a variety of small machines to ensure that the work gets done. A concrete pump is also available.
