Willow Tree Distilling

We are Bedfordshire's first distillery and home of the award-winning Willow Tree gin. We make hand distil, label and bottle our gin. We use a unique combination of 12 botanicals including lemon thyme, Thai basil, cubeb berries and elderflower. We smoke one of our botanicals (a secret one!) using a particular wood from the family farm that gives our gin its unique flavour. We also hold gin experiences such as gin-making courses, distillery tours and tasting and private functions like team building and hen dos at our distillery.
