When stakeholder input is crucial for them to explore and advance complex / contentious topics. Stakeholders from outside their organisation or from outside their function. External stakeholders are, for instance, opinion leaders in medicine on an international or national level. Stakeholders from other functions are, for example, from medical affairs when the topic is driven by commercial or vice versa. We are called in to moderate advisory boards, crossfunctional planning / strategy sessions and management retreats for our clients in the Life Sciences industry.
