Founded by Leighanna Wilson, Probation Officer and Single Point of Contact for Serious Group Offending, we bring together frontline justice experience, trauma-informed principles, and inclusive practice to help professionals build safer, more compassionate services. Our work focuses on turning real-world experience into practical, engaging learning that supports staff wellbeing, effective risk management, and equitable outcomes for the people they serve.
