Wilsons is a dynamic and progressive law firm established in February of 2007 providing comprehensive professional legal services. We have more than 30 lawyers and a total staff of over 40 spread between our offices in Prague, Czech Republic and Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Wilsons also supports its clients’ businesses in other CEE countries, through a network of “best friends” law firms, providing corresponding premium legal services. We primarily focus on four core areas of law, being: • Corporate/M&A, including insolvency and restructuring • Real Estate • Corporate, Real Estate and Project Financing • Antitrust/Competition and Regulatory. Each department is headed by a Partner with extensive experience in the relevant field of law, gained at one the worlds leading law firms. We act for domestic and international businesses active in a wide range of industries including automotive, banking and insurance, chemicals, energy and utilities, food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and construction, leisure and hotels, media and entertainment, mining, real estate, retail, telecoms, transport and logistics.
