These are supplemented by weekly individual telephone or video-conference coaching sessions with one of our professionals. Group-Coach®: Group-Coach provides some individual coaching, as well as a facilitated peer learning experience. It relies on extensive written materials and podcasts, as well as weekly group conference calls or webinar with a Wily Manager Coach, and an on-line group forum to solicit peer input and feedback. Self-Directed Coaching: You can use the written materials, and listen to the podcasts at your own convenience and pace, and receive email support for any questions or problems you may face. Wily-Temp: Sometimes organizations just need an experienced manager for a brief period of time. One of our seasoned business professionals can manage a project, or part of your business on a temporary basis.
