Windaan began on the Mid-North Coast (NSW) in 2017 to support our mob. While we started with NDIS services, we’ve grown to deliver a wide range of programs that create meaningful outcomes and real change. We help people navigate complex systems and access the supports they need—whether it’s disability services, early childhood programs, or community initiatives—to reach their goals and improve their lives. At Windaan, we’re all about strength, connection, and purpose. These values guide everything we do to provide culturally safe, inclusive, and personalised support that meets people where they’re at on their journey.
