Windrider Institute

At Windrider Institute, we believe in the transformative power of stories. Founded on the belief that stories are the storehouses of culture, Windrider leverages visual media—our generation's principal form of storytelling—to engage audiences from all backgrounds. As a nonprofit based in Boise, Idaho, we create, curate and respond to film and visual media to spark thoughtful conversations about the most significant topics in our culture. Through our work, we aim to encourage insightful and inclusive dialogue that fosters understanding, empathy and meaningful connections.
