Windsor Community Television

Win-TV is a non-profit organization and consists of the three public access channels (public, education, government) that are telecasted on Comcast Cable in Windsor, CT. Win-TV allows residents in the Windsor community to create or sponsor their own programming in order to spread knowledge, ideas or beliefs, thereby increasing communication and diversity. The purposes of Win-TV are to- Keep residents informed about what is going in the Windsor community- Provide residents with equipment training and education in the field of broadcast television- Provide local coverage of community, school and government events- Give residents the opportunity to express their views on television- Enhance diversity and understanding within the Windsor community.
